ecj1 is really the Eclipse frontend which we just inherit, the GCC java
frontend
(which just handles bytecode) is called jc1.
This bug also misses a testcase to reproduce the problem.
You can a more recent ecj version, like that which is downloaded by
the contrib/download_ecj.
Well - not really a GCC bug.
