The 'partial' was in my patch submission to gcc-patches, and that patch completely fixed pr42813, while it was only a partial fix for pr36101. However, you asked me not to include the change to configure.ac that made sure that the libgomp bootstrap rules would be emitted; you said that you would take care of always bootstrap libgomp, but so far you didn't. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=36101
