Please post the patch (with appropriate ChangeLog) to gcc-patc...@gcc.gnu.org mailing list, as described in great detail in [1]. The patch is OK as far as x86 is concerned, but you will need an approval from build maintainer for these changes. Please also note, that it is a bit late in the release process for these kind of changes, so unless you convince the maintainer of a great benefit from your patch, it will have to wait for 4.6 release.
