Passing -fno-ipa-cp also makes the bug disappear for me. But apparently r154673 did not fix the underlying issue, only make it unreproducible with the test case here. I can try again to minimize, but I'm not optimistic: this bug seems to appear and disappear almost randomly with minor adjustments to the code, and unfortunately I cannot post my complete code. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=41290
