Properly configured CLFS_CROSS_TOOLS gcc and binutils should never use native header files/libraries even if they are the same. Please find out why your x86_64-mine-linux-gnu-c++ searches /usr/include, which is wrong. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=40974
