[Bug middle-end/42675] New: lto1 rejects -fdump-core option of gfortran

If one tries to compile a simple Fortran file (e.g.: "end") with:

$ gfortran -flto -fdump-core test.f90
lto1: error: unrecognized command line option "-fdump-core"
