Fix for libmudflap + libstdc++v3 for gcc 4.4.2
In gcc 4.4.2, libstdc++v3 is also affected by the CPP probelm.
I attach the fix for gcc 4.4.2 that fixes both libstdc++v3 and libmudflap
builds, and I imagine, any target library build.
