[Bug bootstrap/42306] New: [4.5 regression] Revision 155012 breaks lto-plugin

I got

libtool: Version mismatch error.  This is libtool 2.2.7a, but the
libtool: definition of this LT_INIT comes from libtool 2.2.6.
libtool: You should recreate aclocal.m4 with macros from libtool 2.2.7a
libtool: and run autoconf again.

--enable-gold is used to configure gcc.
