I'm trying to build KDE, namely kdelibs directory, which is located at:
svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/KDE/kdelibs/
When building the following file:
svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/KDE/kdelibs/khtml/svg/SVGNames.cpp,
'cc1plus' process starts eating memory. It can eat 1,5G of memory and then the
system hangs and I see the login window. The file SVGNames.o is never built.
My machine has got 2Gb of RAM and 2Gb of swap space.I had built this very
directory and file a lot of times before and there vere no problems. The exact
version string for GCC is gcc (GCC) 4.4.2 20091027 (Red Hat 4.4.2-7).
