        * c.opt (Wjump-misses-init): New warning.
        * c-opts.c (c_common_handle_option): Set warn_jump_misses_init for
        -Wall and -Wc++-compat if not already set.
        (c_common_post_options): Clear warn_jump_misses_init if it was not
        set.
