The GCC project doesn't provide precompiled binaries. Maybe you can ask on gcc-h...@gcc.gnu.org but I'd still suggest building it yourself once you've found a working compiler to start with. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=41304
