I also see that ~20s versus ~34s, however comparing the outputs: Maximum wand/quad abs rel mutual inductance = 5.95379428444659242E-002 (without) Maximum wand/quad abs rel mutual inductance = 5.37795458094567566E-002 (with) I suspect that gfortran generates a wrong code with -floop-interchange.
