Whatever you do, as long as the Fortran standard is silent on this matter, can
you hide it behind some -fC99-wankery or such option and not enable it by
default, so that those of us who care less about which of (NaN, NaN) and (Inf,
Inf) is the better error indicator than the roughly factor of 4 in performance
for complex arithmetic can get on with our lives?
