Confirmed. Simple testcase (just compile with -fopenmp:
=====================================
void foo(int n)
{
int x[n];
#pragma omp parallel private(x)
x[0] = 0;
}
=====================================
Only the C++ frontend seems to be affected, not the C frontend.
