[Bug target/39784] New: Provide more machine builtin defines

Hi,

the file gcc/config/m68k/m68k-devices.def contains a nice overview of 68000 and
ColdFire CPU variants and there specific capabilities.  Some of these are
exported via builtin defines like __mcffpu__.  It would be useful if such
defines are also available for the other features of the ColdFire like the EMAC
etc.
