gengtype-lex.c should not have to be generated, obviously.

P.S.: Here we also see an issue where the system's ancient version of flex (I don't even know the version number, as it doesn't have an option to print it) doesn't work the way that the makefile expects. Should I file a separate bug, for the configure script to check beforehand whether flex supports the -o
option?
