I've just run across interesting memory corruption in Ada: by duplicating DECL node for nested function we ended up with pointer to ggc_freeded DECL_STRUCT_FUNCTION. I have patch to always make functions nonlocal that might solve this problem as well (as we get methods for C++ local classes).
