[Bug c++/39043] New: C++ compiler doesn't optimize function call for PIE

[...@gnu-6 gcc]$ ./xgcc -B./ -fpie /tmp/i.ii -S
[...@gnu-6 gcc]$ grep call i.s | grep foo
        call    _z3f...@plt
[...@gnu-6 gcc]$ 

Do we need @PLT for PIE?
