[Bug bootstrap/37825] New: '--with-abi=aapcs-linux' rejected

When using '--with-abi' to preconfigure the 'aapcs-linux' ABI, the build fails
with

| Unknown ABI used in --with-abi=aapcs-linux


As this ABI is accepted for '-mabi=', it should be accepted for bootstrapping
too.
