[Bug tree-optimization/37449] [4.4 Regression] calculix gets wrong answer for -O1 -ffast-math

The new testcase passes with "-O1 -funsafe-math-optimizations
-fno-tree-dominator-opts".  The dom1 dump for "-O1 -funsafe-math-optimizations"
twice reports "Invalid sum of incoming frequencies".
