[Bug bootstrap/37349] New: [4.4 Regression] bootstrap broken on Alpha: Link tests are not allowed after GCC_NO_EXECUTABLES.

I get the following bootstrap error on Alpha:

I configured with
.../gcc/configure --enable-languages=c,c++ --with-long-double-128
--build=alpha-linux-gnu --host=alpha-linux-gnu --target=alpha-linux-gnu
