I don't believe you need anything special to build Objective C and Java. Please make sure that you don't disable them on purpose with --enable-languages=c,c++ when you do testing. Please just don't use --enable-languages, at least on Linux/x86. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=36907
