FIXED on the trunk (4.4.0).
(For building also the C part of libgfortran with -Werror, see PR36518; the
.f90f.in file in libgomp has now also "implicit none" [Rev. 136703]; however,
"-fimplict-none" is not used in libgomp as it also affects libgomp/testsuite/.)
