[Bug other/36062] New: -mpc32,-mpc64, and -mpc80 are not documented properly

The recently added options -mpc32, -mpc64, and -mpc80 are not documented
properly.
These are claimed to be i386 and amd64 only option.  In fact, these options are
i386, amd64, and *linux only* options.  These options do not work on any other
target.
