Partially fix 'unrecognizable insn' and 'constraint' problem
This patch should work on arm-eabi, i386-linux, x86_64-linux,
powerpc-apple-darwin9, mips-elf, sh-elf.
It fails on arm-eabi with -mthumb and/or -fPIC.
Currently "-fPIC" is not well tested.
