[Bug fortran/35280] ICE on invalid print statement

Confirmed ICE with 4.1.2 and 4.2.4. However, 4.3 (20080210) gives:
pr35280.f90:3.7:

  print n
      1
Error: Constant expression in FORMAT tag at (1) must be of type default
CHARACTER
