[Bug fortran/35156] New: [patch] Deprecate -M

[burnus at gcc dot gnu dot org]

Consists of two parts:
a) Deprecation:
   http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/fortran/2008-01/msg00366.html
   (This patch has been OKed and waits for the 4.4.0 trunk to open.)
b) Some clean up
   cf PR 35019 for gcc/fortran/options.c
   OPT_M cannot be reached and "Only one -J option" is detected already earlier
