This is not a bug, and already spuriously reported: yu *cannot* use
-D_GLIBCXX_FULLY_DYNAMIC_STRING, it's completely unsupported and not described
anywhere in the documentation. You can only completely rebuild the library with
--enable-fully-dynamic-string.
