[Bug testsuite/34842] New: gcc.c-torture/compile/20080114-1.c doesn't work on ia64

I got

20080114-1.s: Assembler messages:
20080114-1.s:34: Error: Wrong number of input operands
20080114-1.s:56: Error: Wrong number of input operands

The problem is nop on ia64 is "nop 0", not "nop".
