[Bug target/34709] New: [4.3 regression]: revision 131342 miscompiled 481.wrf on Linux/Intel64

This patch

miscompiled 481.wrf in SPEC CPU 2006 on Linux/Intel64 with -O2 -ffast-math.
The resulting 481.wrf segfaulted.
