Since the size of long double is 8 for -m2e, copysignl would be. I think that fortran has no real use on such "short double" targets, though. I'm inclined to make fortran unsupported for SH targets like sh-elf. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=34040
