With revision 130081 the following tests fail:

They passed with revision 130037.
I have looked at char_cshift_2.f90. It fails on the fourth test (shift array of
kind=8) and the failure requires one of the test with shift2 or shift3 (if I
comment the two calls, the failure disappears).
