c++ source files generated with sip-qt take much longer (4.2) and much more
memory (4.3) to build, than building with 4.1:
4.1 20070718 0m58.881s about 400mb
4.2.1 release 86m13.933s about 400mb
4.3 20070720 14m51.718s about 1.5gb
built on i486-linux-gnu. 4.1 and 4.2 are built with --enable-checking=release,
4.3 with the setting from trunk.
