What had happened was that CIL had optimized away, in some cases, and created incorrect code in other cases; based on what it read of the GCC 4.3 sources. It then fed the C2C back to GCC which then complained about it's code. This will be fixed. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=32570
