Part of the problem is related to PR 32075. (Looking into IR tells you that).
The other part is loop reversal which I think still needs 32075 to be able to
reverse the loop.
We could do the loop reversal in the front-end (which does not need 32075 to be
fixed) or the middle-end. Though I think we still need 32075 fixed to
vectorize the loop.
