All gfortran execute tests fail on alpha-dec-osf4.0f since snprintf is
missing in libc, but used in libgfortran.

Fix:
The reference is from runtime/backtrace.c (show_backtrace) and can easily
be changed to use sprintf() is snprintf() is unavailable.
