I made a new Interix 3 configuration that bootstrapped C and C++ compilers for me without special configure parameters. It may be missing or have meaningless options/settings for Interix, but I hope it can be a starting point. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=15212
