I'd be glad to help but I am not at that stage of a build at this moment and don't have a working fortran compiler to use. Since your post subject does not match the title of this bug report subject (but matches a word in the post) _and_ since this is marked a dupe I don't know that a lot of people will read your request. If it is "OS dependent text in error messages" that you want then why not alter the expect script to print a WARNING: after the test that shows the output that was obtained. That way people do not have to read this post, only run the tests and submit the results - which they must be doing or you would not be getting the errors. You can remove the warning in a week when you have all your answers. I would only be able to give you the answer for a small number of OS's in any event.
