To tree-data-ref.c:add_multivariate_self_dist, we get with
c_2 = {{0, +, 30}_1, +, 1}_2

but

ddr->loop_nest contains only loops 2 and 3.

x_1 is then set to 2, which is outside of the bounds of the dist_v
array.
