You need to increase the datasize limit to at least 700000 (and set kern.maxdsiz="734003200" in /boot/loader.conf) to build with Java support. I do not understand it fully, but it seems quite differently. For now, I'm satisfied with gcc42. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=31570
