[Bug libfortran/31256] New: Reading from /dev/zero hangs

With the following test program gfortran hangs, so also g77, and ifort gives a
severe error, out of memory.

$ cat dev_zero.f 
      character*20 foo
      integer i
      open(10,file="/dev/zero")
      read(10, '(A)') foo
      write(10,'(A)') "Hello"
      rewind(10)
      read(10, '(A)') foo
 100  continue
      end
