[Bug fortran/30656] New: ICE with -ftrapv

With gfortran version

GNU Fortran 95 (GCC) 4.3.0 20070125 (experimental)

when compiling the attached source files with

$ ~/gcc/bin/gfortran -ftrapv -c dissipation_coeff.f90
Dissipation_4_3_min_err_coeff.f90 

I receive the error message

gfortran: Internal error: Illegal instruction (program f951)
