We've got the same problem with config/dfp-bit.[ch], which were new files added by GCC developers from IBM, and a couple of other minor files in libdecnumber/. Decimal float support has not yet been in a released version of GCC. In 4.2 and mainline it is not enabled, and support is not included in libgcc, unless configured with --enable-decimal-float.
