g++-ooo: Internal error: Killed: 9 (program cc1plus)
This usually means GCC is running out of memory.
Can you do two things for us?
First can you give the output of "g++-ooo -v"?
Second can you add -save-temps to the commend which is used to compile
dict_zh.cxx and attach the .ii file?
