The gfortran.dg/exponent_1.f90 and gfortran.dg/nearest_1.f90 are falling
on hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.11. I updated to mpfr 2.2.0 and the tests are still
failing. Possibly, I need a complete rebuild.
