[Bug c++/29045] New: gcc fails to compile code with operator delete(void*,size_t)

The problems described in bug 27935 also affect gcc 4.0.3, making it impossible
for me to build several pieces of software that built just fine under previous
versions of gcc.  mysql and octave are two examples.
