All fixed in 4.1.0:
    D.609 = NON_LVALUE_EXPR <D.607> + 1;
    D.610 = _gfortran_internal_malloc (D.609 * 8);
    atmp.11.data = D.610;
    atmp.11.offset = 0;
    atmp.11.dim[0].stride = 0;
    equal (&atmp.11, D.600);
