[Bug testsuite/26981] New: g++.old-deja/g++.other/init18.C fails

FAIL: g++.old-deja/g++.other/init18.C (test for excess errors)

is present on platforms including hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.11, hppa64-hp-hpux11.11,
ia64-hp-hpux11.23.  These platforms lack _Exit.  The test should conditionally
use _exit where _Exit is unavailable.
