We are still left with these new fails:

FAIL: gcc.c-torture/execute/builtin-bitops-1.c execution,  -O3
-fomit-frame-pointer -funroll-loops 
FAIL: gcc.c-torture/execute/builtin-bitops-1.c execution,  -O3
-fomit-frame-pointer -funroll-all-loops -finline-functions 
FAIL: gcc.dg/tree-ssa/gen-vect-26.c execution test
FAIL: gcc.dg/tree-ssa/gen-vect-28.c execution test

I haven't looked at the gen-vect fails.
