[Bug rtl-optimization/26207] New: [4.2 Regression] file names in rtl dumps don't match reality

I noticed today that the file names in the documention don't match what the
names are in reality.
For an example:
t.c.102r.expand

>From the doc's:
-dr
-fdump-rtl-expand
Dump after RTL generation, to file.00.expand.
